aggressivness

hey guys, I have this issue for a couple of weeks now.in Brazilian jiu jitsu and kickboxing, I feel like my skills in are decreasing, I am getting taped out and hit a lot.



reasons I think are:

- I only sleep 5 hours a day cause I go university and I sleep late, wake early.

- my eating habits are bad

- I am only 67 km and my instructor only pairs me up with 84-90km, I think because there are not people same as my level and my weight. people my weight are high blue belts, much more experienced.

- also have no arm strength at all. VERY WEAK ARMS.



this I know how to fix. BUT most IMPORTANT ONE IS when



I asked my instructors 'how can I defeat bigger people and improve more'

they said to me ' mo, your too nice', ' always smiling' too sweet'

you have to be more angry, more aggressive.



and he is right, I am too relaxed and mellow. It is my nature to be TOO calm in everything I do which I believe is not so good. so I was hoping you can give me some exercises, activities or advices on how I can be more aggressive, harsh, strong when I need too either in daily life or in the gym.
