So, Ive been getting into flexibilit training since I've been having tightness issues down my left side
top of neck, between shoulder blades, down side of ribs, lower back, front of hip above groin, top of leg in groin seam are always niggling at me and I cant seem to relieve them. Im also significantly weaker on that side of my body for some reason and no flexible.
Anyway Ive been stretching a lot lately and Im noticing the spots I have problems with are actually bruising the day after I stretch them. Anyone had this?
