Even with the water temps around or above 70 the rainbows are still biting well on Lake Colby. However you have to use the right rig and bait to be productive. I was there for 2 hours and got over 10 with a limit of 5 in the bag with one over 18 ". There were 3 other boats there and they had been since early morning with nothing. I mentioned to them I was over a school and we took turns passing through and still nothing on their end while I was pulling them out every pass.
