Hi everyone.
I'm looking for a martial arts school in or around Shirley, Birmingham.
I have found a few but would love some knowledgeable suggestions.
After being with Bushido, who i always had issues with and now seeing all your threads about them, (I know they are very old but I've never even looked before today) Its almost nice to know my intuition was right all along.
Im female, 28. I did bushido for 5 years. :-/
But at least it means I have 'some' experience, maybe. Haha.
Done light yoga/work outs for most of my life.
Im looking for an art that will be fun for me, as well as difficult, which includes weapons training.
My favourite things are kicking and stick weapons and military style workouts.
I want to regain my strength which has depleted a fair bit in the 2/3 years since I left bushido.
I hope someone can assist me.
Sorry if you are all sick of hearing about bama but I thought it would be better than saying I have never trained at all.
Regards
TK
