For those of you who manage your own gyms or have these in your home gym, how do you 'recondition' heavy boxing bags as there is a tendency for the filling to settle making the bottom half of the bag too hard and the top too soft.
In the case of my banana bag (see below) since it has a D-ring on the bottom and I'd planned to have the bottom of the bag resting on the floor ( I've free swinging bags and would prefer something relatively stationary, anyroad ) and so wont need the heavy duty support of the top straps, is it feasible to invert the bag so that the filling can settle better ? As I won't be hanging the bag, rather just supporting it to the ceiling joist via its D ring, would this work
Unfortunately, I can't use this method with the canvas bag as it need to swing freely. How would one recondition it?
