G'day from Australia

Hello all,



New to MPA, stumbled upon this place via google while looking for training & fitness ideas.



I am from QLD Australia and I train in TaeKwon-Do. Quite happy with my art, it is having a fantastic influence on both my physical health and also myself as a person.



I am a fan of all Martial Arts, and am not competetive about them, I feel that everyone should do some form of MA, and that you should find what is right for you. :cool:
