The 100 punch challenge.
I was trawling through old videos and Instagram and found a video I did on plyometric drills.
It's 100 punches, the second 50 faster than the first.
This challenge is to do 100 punches on a bag, or the pads as fast as you can.
The punches have to be fully extended punches and no rolling. Punches have to come back on the same line they go out.
I'll re-shoot my attempt hopefully on Tuesday.
