Skied the Botheration Pond Loop today, it is one of my favorites and I have not done it yet this year. Conditions were very good. We parked at the Garnet Hill Ski Center and skied the loop clockwise. We broke trail for most of the day. I was surprised that more people were not out to take advantage of the excellent conditions. Snow was powder until mid afternoon when it warmed up. Trail was well covered except for wet spots that you had to watch out for. We did not have any problem crossing the East Branch of the Sacandaga or skiing on the ponds & Vlys. Trail from the Old farm Clearing was very well traveled. A few pictures from today:
