We wanted to take advantage of the fresh powder so we decided on Stony Pond for today. Lean to was in great shape and very clean compared to the last few we have visited. Its in a great location but from viewing previous threads it seems its previous location was even better. We met two very nice gentlemen out on the trail, they were XC skiing and we did our best not to snowshoe over their tracks. We finished the day our usual way when we are north of exit 25, with sandwiches from Crossroads.
