Kane mtn. Near 9 corner lake. Conditions?

Thinking about heading out there this weekend. Appears to be about 5-600ft elevation gain over .5 miles.

Is this doable in snowshoes this time of year?

My friend is concerned it will be more of a bouldering expedition requiring crampons and ropes due to the steep angle.

From what I can see the trail heads up the easiest slope.

Thoughts?
