McKeever Road Parking

Can anyone advise on the proper way to park at the end of McKeever Rd. in winter? The parking lot was not accessible last time I was there and I didn't want to block any snowmobile access to Wolf Lake Landing Road, snowplow turnaround, or driveways during a three-day trip.
Also curious if the fire tower on Woodhull Mountain is climbable in the winter (knowing the cab is closed year round.)?
