i plan on taking a trip to my land in NW adk soon,
since i will have kids with me, decided to use local KOA(its less than 1 mile from my land) instead of backwoods camping,
i called them up and they informed me there is recent NY law that only allows them to have 1 tent per campsite,
i explained i have small tents, 2 person tents for the kids and a tiny 1 person tent for myself,
they said doesnt matter can only have 1 tent per site in private campgrounds.
find this odd as DEC has 2 tent limit at their campsites,
is anyone familiar with this law? is this a koa policy and person was just bs'ing me?
