This is great for several reasons
Firstly, whilst aware of him and his work, I've not seen a video of him in action with a knife before.
Secondly, because it starts with him having a cup of tea and they all speak terribly good RP :D
I thought it was very interesting, and if anyone else has video of him please do post it up.
