Running a competition?

Does anyone have any experience in running a competition? How did you find the experience? Did you learn any lessons?



If you competed, what made a competition well run?



In 2016 we hope to run a compeititon but don't have a lot of experience running events, so if anyone had any advice to share about running a BJJ comp, it would be welcome!
