Where Can I find a place to train in Eskrima in Salem, OR?

I'm essentially looking for an instructor who can instruct me in the 1 and 2 stick system of Eskrima in or close to Salem, OR. I was introduced to the 1 stick system by a very well known instructor in Stockton, CA about 10 years ago and didn't sign up because I wanted to learn the 2 stick system. At that time, he wasn't going to be teaching anyone the 2 stick system, just the 1 stick system. He did have 1 student at the time; and the student, from the videos I saw, were amazing.
