Wildlog II

I'm going to restart logging my training here as a way to keep motivated so I thought I'd open a new thread and let the other one rest in peace. :p



As a recap of my current situation, I'm not attending any gym/classes, I don't have much time to train and I don't have any equipment, though I'm planning to get some weights soon.

Some light bodyweight stuff. Exercises done one after the other, no scheduled rest (so 10-20 seconds in between exercises if needed).

- Strict push ups 10

- Bodyweight rows 10

- Hindu squats 30

- Situps 20

- Regular push ups 20

- Bodyweight rows (underhand grip) 12

- Bodyweight lunges 20 per leg

- Lying leg raises 30

- Bodyweight rows 10

- Hindu push ups 10

- Bodyweight sumo squats 30

- Oblique crunches 40 (20 each side)

Considerations: I reallyvneed to work more on rows&push ups.
