Don't know how to reply to Private Messages.

Hello Mods.

I have received two private messages for a request for information. I am more than happy to comply but I don't know how to reply to the messages. Sorry! All I see is "do you want to delete this message?" but I don't see any option to respond.

Again, I do not mean to be ignoring the messages, I just don't know how to reply. Can someone help me? Thanks.
