We did a few hikes to see the superb views of the Lehigh Gorge from Tank Hollow Vista. We could see kayakers and rafters running the rapids 1,000 feet below. We also climbed Mt. Pisgah and enjoyed some views around the scenic town of Jim Thorpe.
