Long Lake water/campsites

I've hikes the NPT trail of this lake and now I want to boat camp. Will be there in July. Ive seen most of the campsites but with little time maybe someone can give me a better 411 on campsites that I can drive my boat to best. Any 411 on the depth of the lake? things to watch out for underwater??
