Hey guys, I have not posted or done anything for a while because I feeling tired.
So my issue is for 1-2 months I have been on and off training, training 2-3 days a fortnight because I am beginning to get tired very quickly, if I train for a day my muscles become sore for next 3 days and prevents me from training. I think it is because the weather is very hot and humid but not sure, usually I train intensely and I am alright, and it is not health thing. And because I am training for very few days. I am feeling extremely guilty about that.
I want to know if you guys experienced something like that before and how you dealt with it, cause I really I want to train but I am only training a small amount. People in my class have progressed in bjj and I am still the same because I do not train a lot.
