Hello, I work in a pub, it gets quite crazy over the weekend, and we all regularly have to remove people. I have never tried or wanted to hurt someone, but when the guy is bigger and stronger than me, and not wanting to leave I find it impossible to restrain him and move him outside.
I have started a gym routine (including deadlifts) to help my strength. But I also want something that will teach me the tug-of-war type stuff.
I have looked at Sambo, Judo and Wrestling.
What do you think? Any other suggestions are good.
