Hello. I am starting to plan a hiking trip with my 9 year old son. I'd like to spend a night (maybe two) out hiking in the Adirondacks but do not know a good, safe, place to go. We are campers and day hikers...but never have combined the two. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am currently looking at a May/June date. Thank you!
