What do you think of this guy's ideas for defense against multiple opponents?

First of all, in my opinion in order to be able to defeat 2 or more opponents at the same time, you need to be far superior to each of them in fighting skills. I mean, even in the case they are just 2 opponents, you don't stand a good chance if each of them are individually superior to you or at least at your same level.
