What do you guys think about resistance training on the legs, namely back squats, together with intense TKD training (at least 4 heavy sessions/week TKD with 3 lifting sessions a week too, doing Stronglifts 5x5). I'm thinking I may burn out my legs in the long run with chronic fatigue. My current squat is 1.2x my body-weight for 5 sets of 5, so I'm still pretty new to lifting.
Will I get much out of strength training on the legs? Or should I just focus on upper body training in lifting? I'm not sure how to balance all this leg work :/
