Little Green Pond Campsites

Hey All,

I'm looking for some information about the drive-up campsites on Little Green Pond in Saranac Wild Forest. I'm told a free permit is required- anyone know where to get it? Also, any information about the sites themselves would be helpful- are they nice, are they right on the water, etc.

I'm guessing free drive-up sites in that area are likely pretty popular. Are they usually occupied all summer?
