Piseco Lake North to Fall Steam & Jessup River Crossing

I'm planning on hiking north of Piseco Lake for an overnight hike. My understanding is that there are campsites at both locations of Fall Stream & Jessup River crossings on the way to Spruce Lake.
Was wondering if anyone has firsthand knowledge of the sites and which is the nicer location.
