So tonight i did my first session of bjj after watching my daughter for couple of weeks, Hell on a my little pony it was like a 2 hour HIIT session, jesus, im telling you now ninjutsu is rubbish, ive never felt such intense workout, we did king of guard for 30 minutes, im a noob but i just hung onto the guy and tried to gi choke him, plus im a bit on the heavy side, but i tell you what its the only art i ever done where i felt it would help me in a street fight
