This is the opening post to what I hope will be a very successful training log. Now I have to admit here that I started a training log on map sometime back, but the truth is that it was kinda of scattered and spread out and I wasn't sure how to save it.
Let me preface this thread with a bit of personal background, first I am not a black belt in any style or art, second I am not a professional trainer in any athletic sport including the fitness field. The bulk of my experience comes from the trial and error experiences I have had over the past ten years both in the weight room and in the dojos and gyms I've skulked around in. Bottom line here is that I'm not an expert and my word and routine are not gospel.
This thread is a training log, granted we should all keep track of our training but this log is as much for you to critique as it is for you to learn from. If you do try something you see here write me back and let me know how it goes.
