Beginner with leg issues.

I've had a leg burnout about 3 years ago which persists as I haven't been doing those stretches. I can walk for about 30-60' at about 4-5km/h but I shouldn't be doing any kicks or the alike. Is there any of the usual fighting styles that would suit my ailiment, that can be done almost standstill?
