eating habits

hey guys, I decided that I should improve my eating habits in order to improve my physique and become stronger. I eat lots of chocolate, donuts, all soda, barely water, fried chicken kfc, fried chips, all junk and unhealthy food. and In order to lose some fat I need to eat differently but I do not know what kind of food is good and what is not.



example is charcoal chicken, kebab, steak, pepper, salt, rice, bread good or bad.

how do I know which food to eat and which food to avoid.



my gaol is eat healthy- be strong and I have belly fat that i want to change into abs. what is your advice?
