Hey everyone. I've been thinking of joining a martial arts forum for a while now. I'm looking forward to discussing all things martial arts with you guys.
I'm 23 years old and I currently live in Kentucky, United States. I have a 1st dan black belt in Kyokushin Karate and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. While I've studied bits and pieces of several martial arts for fun, I've primarily focused on the two above as well as Muay Thai and shoot wrestling.
I'm interested in several things aside from martial arts; including science, philosophy, politics and economics, and all things nerd culture such as tabletop games, video games, comic books, fantasy and SF, and all that stuff.
