I am looking into beginning a martial art such as BJJ and perhaps a striking art. Do you have any recommendations? I do not want to get into cage fighting, rather I would like to learn self-defence and partake in sparring. That said I would consider training in MMA because of the variety of disciplines offered.
I have heard that Impact Martial Arts is a good school in ST6 but cannot find much information on it.
Can anyone recommend some good clubs?
