Weight Cutting Tips

I am currently cutting weight for a fight next month.

My training consists of...

Four two hour class sessions a week.

Four one hour private sessions a week.

30 minutes of skipping four days a week.

5km run six days a week.

10km run one day a week.

Light weight training with 2.5kg dumbbell's (mostly curls, bench-press, and sit-ups).

My diet consists of...

Cereal, Brown Toast, Eggs, or home made Yoghurt, for breakfast.

Chicken, Eggs, or Tuna, with Salad and Mayo for lunch.

Dinner can vary as I normally eat with my family, but usually it's consists of some form of meat and vegetables with rice (though I tend to skip the rice most of the time.

I generally drink Green Tea or Water. If I have a soft drink it's always a Diet version. If I drink normal tea I don't add sugar.

I will usually eat some fruit during the day if I feel hungry, usually a Banana or Apple.

I treat myself with something nice once a week to take the dullness out of the dieting, though I obviously try not to go overboard.

Weight cutting seems to be going well. My target weight is 79kg. I am currently weighing in at 81.9kg with around five weeks to go.

My question.

What tips and tricks do you know to assist in cutting weight outside of training and dieting?

I am aware that I probably don't need to do anything different than I am currently doing, but I would still like to know some tips and tricks accumulated from other members as I would like more knowledge and information regarding weight cutting from people who have done it for fights before. Please also keep it legal.

Thanks in advance.
