Spectacle Lake

Hi, I'm planning a last minute overnight trip to Spectacle Lake. Typically I have hiked into the lake from Route 10 and the Good Luck Lake trail, but I also just noticed that one can get to the southern shore of Spectacle Lake be means of the Third Lake trail. I've never been to the southern shore of Spectacle before, and was wondering if anyone has any first hand knowledge of camping sites and water access in that area. I was thinking this hike would be better as I could show my comrade Third and Forth Lakes on the way in, but I wasn't sure if that would be a good option for camping at Spectacle. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
