Impressing Girls

Hey all, title says it all, I'm dating this new girl and she loves MMA. I just started so I'm not real proficient, but are there any moves I can show her or use on her to impress her? FWIW, she's a bigger girl, taller than me, long legs, so maybe a leg lock or figure 4? Thoughts? TIA
