Thule kayak rack

I'm looking at picking up new kayak racks for my two boats.

I currently have the stacker, which works fine for me but my wife and daughter complain about it being too difficult. So I'm looking at either the Thule 834 or Thule 835. For those in the know -- is the only difference between these the fold flat feature on the 835 ?

And any other advice/recommendations on Thule kayak attachments ?
