This is the winner of the 2016 federal 'duck stamp' contest.
Painted by James Hautman:

For those that may be unaware each year there is highly regarded contest to select a winning piece of artwork after which the stamp is made and then sold as a hunting license (federal migratory bird stamp) or just as a beautiful, collectable stamp. The proceeds from all sales go toward buying and maintaining protected wetlands for waterfowl and other species. In fact, I believe it is a full 98¢ from every dollar that ends up directly "on the ground" to this end. So, even if you have no intention of hunting it is still a worthwhile thing to do. Thought some on here may be interested.
