We noticed that the old caretaker's cabin at the Cedar River MRP gate has gotten some very recent improvements including solar power and new propane service. Infers someone may be taking up residence shortly. Anyone know what is up? There have been many complaints (here and elsewhere) recently about loud or trashy campers in the area. Is the state responding and going to start a more visible presence in the area?
