How far up Haskell road in Nobleboro can one drive? (West Canada Lakes question)

...in the West Canada lakes region?
Anyone have any Intel on this?
I know there are two or so gates on the Haskell road which follows the West Canada Creek. How far up can you drive?
How far can one proceed on foot past that? I know there is the Miller Tract up there which I believe is private and may be posted.
Wondering how close one can get up the Indian River towards West Canada Mountain? Thanks a lot.
