Dating Advice

Good day all,

I need some advice on dating and meeting women.

To profile myself, I am a 22 year old college student training in 7 different arts, goes to school full time, and intern at the child development center for my major of early childhood education. I volunteer my time at my local synagogue helping the elderly. Plans are to travel the world and open up multiple schools; A passion I am very serious about doing. Hobbies include martial arts, hiking/outdoor activities, a bit of traveling, and museums. I tend to have a very gung-ho energetic personality, despite being quiet at first and am very big on deep conversations about philosophy, movies, technology, biology and really learning about other people's experiences. I can be quite the talker at times, but am able to listen and ask questions ranging from serious to joking around. Physically I am a bulky guy, but wearing a t-shirt I look to be in fairly good shape, albeit with a little extra. I think my BMI is around 25%, being more of a square body type.

What happens is I talk to college girls, around 18 - 20, and when we first hang out, we seem to be connecting well and it's going great, but when I try to set up another day to hang out I am getting the, "I am too busy," excuse despite them complaining about having too much free time in class. I am not sure if I am being too energetic or forward with them. So I was wondering if anyone had advice or had suggestions on where to meet girls who are a bit less flaky and more direct.
