Fixing graffiti

I stumbled on this piece of brilliance that was just added to a little parcel of newly acquired state land near my house, and I'd like to fix it.

I was thinking since it's not near water, some paint stripper, a scrub brush and a bucket of water might do the trick. Any thoughts?
