This weekend my wife and I are going to Old forge and looking for a place to stay within walking distance from the village area.
We go up to the area all the time but usually camping in a more remote location, this time looking to be right in town. Any recommendations? I've checked all the vrbo, home away, etc and it seems real hard to find anything.
Looked at the hotel right across from water safari but they want a 2 night minimum and we are only going to one. Will consider apartments, hotels, bed and breakfasts.
Please let me know if you know of a place we should look at.
