Sailing?

I'm new to the forum, this is my first post. I just found this site looking into finding places to sail in the Adirondacks.



I'm wondering if anyone sails on the Adirondack lakes. I'm looking to see if there are good sailing lakes. I was looking at Indian lake and Long lake at the moment. But thought it may be a good idea to ask if anyone has experience with Adirondack lakes for sailing. I like to sail out and camp. Indian lake looked pretty interesting as it appears to have islands with camp sites. But I'd certainly be interested in hearing about other sailing options if anyone has suggestions.
