High peaks snowpack?

Hi! I got a couple of days off work and wanna come hang out in the backcountry next week. I saw that the temps are gonna be in the teens next monday and tuesday and subzero temps at night so thats good news, the snow and ice should harden up. But... How is the snow in that area? Traveled much(packed)? I dont wanna spend 3 days post holing in.



Also, do they even clear the roads to that entrance to the area south of lake colden? (its been a long time since ive been there)
