Here's an interesting story from Iceland:

So apparently this woman was reported missing from a tour group, but didn't realize it. When she returned to her tour group, she learned that a woman was missing, and joined the search party. Apparently neither she, nor the other members of the tour group, nor her fellow searchers noticed that she fit the description.
