hey guys, I twisted my knee 3 days ago during bjj training and my doctor says that I should not train for 2-3 months, no exercise and no pressure or weight on the knee.
but I can not stand the idea of not training at all for 3 months, it is really bothering me. I can walk still walk on it a little bit. so I wanted to know if you have an idea of how I can train without using my knee.
only thing I can think of is doing push ups, and arm workouts.
