^ Alright so I just found this video on Youtube.

Just wanted to see what you guys think regarding this.
Who seems to be in the greater wrong here??
The security guard or the patrons???
Just by looking at the video, and having worked in similar positions in the past..
I can say this security guard seems a bit "gung ho" and ready to prove something with all his kit and gadgets.
Even if the patrons are in the wrong... I still feel there is a "right" way and "wrong" way to approach people in these circumstances.
He seems to be very confrontational and antagonizing when it does not seem needed. He also trades insults and THREATS with the people he wants to fight with o O
I think it takes 2 to tango BUT....... I just strongly feel that if this security guard handled the situations with more respect and tact... a lot of this would have been prevented.
At the end of the day people just want to be treated like human beings..
If you go in threatening, swearing, insulting, tazing, stomping, insulting...
How can you honestly expect people to treat YOU with respect back??
Respect is a 2 way street.
or at least its supposed to be.
