Trail conditions?

Heading up to the Adirondacks tomorrow. Looking to do a 3 night 4 day hike, in either Pharaoh Lake WA or LGWF. Was anyone there this week/weekend? Just looking for trail conditions, muddy? Bugs? Ya know the usual inquires. Thanks in advance. Oh and if it's Pharaoh I'd be parking at Putnam most likely taking the Gizzle Ocean trail and a side trip to Berrymill. If it's LGWF most likely be headed to fish brook lean-to
