Taking my little 8yr old girl and some friends on a hike this weekend. This is going to be their first hike in the high peaks region. Mountains we are considering are Mt. Jo, Porter or Cascade. Wanted to spend a few hours hiking with nice summit views. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Also, how are the bugs this time of year? Thanks.
