I wondered if any of you have used motion tape (i.e. http://ift.tt/1xG7jgY ) for Taekwondo.
If so, any tape recommendations and any suggestions on the best way to tape? (Or at least different to the YouTube video)
(Some context: I snapped my ankle ligaments back in 2008 but didn't understand the full damage until I had surgery in 2011 to correct - basically they tie the ligaments in a knot. My ankle now remains weak - and is painful & swells up occasionally when I work out at home. Recently I've been wrapping it with standard sports tape which seems to work, but also restricts motion and is not the most comfortable. I am working out at home with the goal of returning to normal training in the next week or so - thus my other thread on finding a school)
